Hi everyone. We hope you enjoy this festive season and have a happy and healthy 2013.
Janelle has continued working with with Early Childhood Australia and will remain in her role as an area facilitator for at least  another year as more funding has been allocated for the Kidsmatter project.
She is back working only 3 days a week after 6 months full time. ( an interesting but challenging job change)

I am still doing the part time courier work which keeps me out of mischief and helps me remain reasonably fit.

Janelle and Anthony went to Perth again in October. Janelle had a National Conference to attend and Anthony caught up with Beck, Steve and his nieces. Highlights for him were going to the Perth Royal Show and attending an Aussie Rules match at Subiacco Stadium. The week before Perth he was at the Gold Coast on a School excursion. He seemed to take it all in his stride!!
Talking about Anthony (now 15) he has left his boyhood behind and is tackling teenhood with gusto. Dance and BMX stunt riding are his main interests but he still finds time for basketball, photography, school work and girlfriends.
Beck has invited me over to Perth between Christmas and New Year. She has organised for me and an ex brother-in-law to play two fine golf courses during my stay. Nice carrot!!

These Hols we plan to veg out and take our usual South Coast break late in January.We will go to see Liesel and Glenn in their new house in Mosman, Sydney before we head to the coast.

I've been playing golf most fine weekends.   My handicap is currently 12. My claim to fame this year was winning  the B grade match play championship in August - some 33 years after my last Championship win back at the Narrows club in Hamilton.
